Both during and after his presidency, the 2024 Republican presidential candidate has floated different ideas for bombing or invading Mexico as a response to the fentanyl crisis in the United States and for “ War Wages ” over a notorious drug cartel. As president, Trump even thought it would be possible to bomb drug cartel laboratories and then potentially carry out attacks against other countries.
